UX Researcher

We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team at Pulselive, working on a 6-week contract for one of our major tennis clients. As a key member of our digital transformation programme, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the right decisions are made and be the official voice of the fan in their interaction with our new digital web and application platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting and analysing diary studies to gain insights into user behaviour
- Leading user testing sessions to validate design concepts
- Driving forward insights through analysis of user research activities, including card sorting, tree testing, and prototype validation
- Generating reports with focused analysis and recommendations to inform product development
- Collaborating with Product Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure seamless delivery
You will be working closely with our Lead UX Researcher, who has set up the research roadmap for the 6-week period. Your ability to drive forward the value of insights and implement best practices will be essential in delivering high-value projects.
