Centre Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Centre Manager to join our team at Halfords, the UK's leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services.

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service advisors, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including stock management, customer complaints, and staff development.

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is able to motivate and develop their team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
