Tenant Liaison Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Tenant Liaison Specialist to join our esteemed client's Lettings team based in Loughborough. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors, ensuring an exceptional experience for all parties involved.

You will manage communications via various channels, including phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp, staying up-to-date on lettings compliance and conducting Right to Rent checks as necessary. Your key responsibilities will include receiving and processing new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords, advertising properties, and proactively contacting potential Tenants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for both Tenants and Landlords.
  • Manage communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Stay updated on lettings compliance and conduct Right to Rent checks.
  • Receive and process new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords.
  • Advertise properties and proactively contact potential Tenants.
  • Register applicants, arrange and conduct viewings, and provide feedback to Landlords.
  • Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants.
  • Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.
  • Support marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality service to all customers.
  • Ability to manage tasks from start to finish.
  • Experience in lettings (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Benefits:

  • Bonus scheme available.
  • Driving Licence required (personal car preferred).
  • Hours of Work: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 26 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
