Seasonal Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to join our team in the Stafford area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that products and promotions are displayed effectively, and shelves are well-stocked. You will also be responsible for setting up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to commit to a regular schedule, including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You will also need to be comfortable with manual handling and be able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.

About the Role:

  • Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application.

What Makes You Excellent:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
