Role Overview

Allianz Commercial South Region is seeking a dedicated Underwriting Team Manager to support our Motor Trade South Centre of Excellence underwriting team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will be a strong operational team leader who will work within an established team of Mid-Market Motor Trade underwriters, taking ownership of day-to-day operational results.

This is a regional role across the South Region, covering Southampton, Maidstone, Chelmsford, London, and Guildford. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
