Job Summary:

The HGV Driver (Class 2) will play a critical role in the Window Systems Division's logistics operations, ensuring the timely and safe transportation of goods throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all relevant regulations, including drivers' hours and Working Time Directive rules.
  • Ensure the safe loading and transportation of goods, adhering to HSE standards and highways laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize logistics processes.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV licence and CPC qualification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
