About the Role

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced TCG E-commerce Key Account Manager to support the growth of our Trading Card Game products with Spanish E-Commerce retailers, with a focus on Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our e-Commerce strategy and ensuring it aligns with our designated country/region sales direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a yearly business plan on your account in line with Spain sales objectives.
  • Work closely with Amazon Spain to provide them with the most recent information on Pokémon TCG products, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the visibility of PTCG online using sales data, market insights, and best practices in accordance with Amazon tools and promotional calendar.
  • Participate in yearly discussions of trade terms renewal in collaboration with the Senior E-Commerce Sales Manager.
  • Continuously assess Amazon key metrics (Sell-through, Traffic, Conversion rate, etc.) on PTCG products and implement actions to improve them.
  • Make recommendations internally for stock production on all new releases and possible re-prints.
  • Monitor stock and recommend initiatives to address any issues and ensure maximum availability.
  • Work closely with our Media agency to execute Amazon Search Campaigns and develop full-funnel advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the TCG Logistics team to help troubleshoot any fulfillment issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the TCG Merchandising Managers to ensure content is aligned with sales objectives.
  • Work with the Finance team to process monthly Amazon allowances invoices.
  • Work with Marketing teams to maximize visibility opportunities.
  • From time to time, present to internal teams and other retailers about e-Commerce initiatives and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager, Regional TCG Sales - Spain to align on overarching goals for the region.
  • Opportunity to support and grow other e-platforms within the region.
  • Constant market analysis, including sales performance, competitor activities, TV, online, social, and digital exposure to evaluate brand/market performance.
Requirements
  • Five to seven years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Experience with Amazon, their portal (Vendor Central), and knowledge of their key metrics.
  • Highly analytical and able to quickly understand complex data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Fluent in another European language is a plus.
