Civils Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Civils Project Coordinator to join our team at Caval Limited. As a Civils Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Managers in their duties, including ordering plant and materials, van hire, and crew management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and achieving approval of Risk Assessments Method Statements (RAMS) and quality documentation for the client
  • Supporting the Project Managers in managing financial budgets, recruitment, and site employees
  • Planning and programming works
  • Managing formwork and assets

Main Responsibilities

As a Civils Project Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include ensuring company safety and that Quality Objectives are upheld, so that you are able to develop an efficient, safe and effective team. You will also be responsible for building rapport with clients and stakeholders for mutual benefit, delivering profitable projects, and providing leadership to associates.

Requirements:
  • Experience of a supporting role within civils, highways or groundworks
  • Own vehicle and driving license
  • The drive to develop and enhance their own skills, whilst learning new skills
