Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of key skills and qualifications, including:

  • Previous experience in multi-trade work
  • A valid CSCS card
  • A full UK driving license
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Additionally, we would prefer candidates with a background in property maintenance, although this is not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £30,350 - £34,745 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a company vehicle, enhanced pay rate for overtime, and 28 days of annual leave.
