Assistant Financial Controller

Flotek Group is a dynamic and innovative technology company with a nationwide presence. We specialise in providing IT and communication solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. As Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Finance in preparing monthly group reporting, including departmental profit & loss reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance team and similar role, with a drive to develop as part of a high growth team. A minimum AAT Level 4 qualification or part qualified (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA) is required, with a desire to continue studying an advanced professional accountancy certification. You will be detail orientated & process driven, organised and able to effectively manage time to regular deadlines.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive staff share equity scheme, 21 days holiday increasing to 25 with 4 years of service (+ bank holidays), and financial support towards professional qualifications.
