Master Grill Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Master Grill Specialist to join our kitchen team at Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) in Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef with a love for creating mouth-watering dishes.

This key position involves taking charge of the grill, cooking our legendary burgers to perfection every time. You will ensure that every burger meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

• Master the Grill: Responsible for cooking our signature burgers to perfection, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of every burger, making adjustments as needed to maintain our high standards.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Preparation & Cooking: Assist with food preparation, storing ingredients properly, and ensuring they are fresh for cooking.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation during peak periods.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: Previous experience as a grill chef or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Cooking Skills: Strong grilling skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality.
