Job Title: Full-Time Luxury Sales Associate

Malone Souliers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at Harrods Shoe Heaven. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized.
  • Provide personalized and timely after-sales service to clients, dealing effectively with client complaints.
  • Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor, following Malone Souliers visual guidelines and standards.
  • Assist with regular stock takes, handling cash, and using tills and Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
  • Be responsible for daily procedures, start and end of the day, and assist with the preparation of sales events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Team Player: ability to work effectively in a group to develop productive working relationships.
  • Network: Ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels and build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
  • Good attention to detail, motivated, and committed with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ambassador: Representing Malone Souliers products and values with passion.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
