Franchise Sales Manager

Join Prestige Nursing & Care, a renowned Specialist Home Care provider, as we embark on an exciting new chapter in our 80-year history. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise recruitment efforts and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Sell new franchise territories and franchise resales across the UK.
- Build strong relationships with media partners.
- Closely monitor enquiries to develop efficient recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Contact all sales leads with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Provide prospective franchisees with brand information.
- Deliver inspiring PowerPoint presentations to prospects.
- Take the candidates through the sales process using the available tools.
- Present the Franchise Model with passion and knowledge.
- Full understanding of the Franchise Agreement.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the business plan and the financial model.
- Attend franchise shows, events, and conferences.
- Be available to answer prospects' questions via phone, email, webinars, and face-to-face meetings.
- Be able to travel to meet with prospects nationwide when necessary.
- Contribute to sales team meetings and brand meetings which drive improvement.
- Develop strong and positive working relationships with all colleagues and departments.
- Achieve new lead number targets.
- Achieve new sale and resale targets.
- Ensure candidates are financially suitable and assist with funding applications, working closely with banks and other lenders.
- Take prompt and corrective action to reactive telephone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Work with marketing to write press releases, case studies, and e-shots to place on our database and relevant platforms.
- Proactively generate sales leads personally using social media and personal networking.
- Essential:
- Experience in recruiting business owners and/or senior positions within a business.
- A background in recruitment and/or sales.
- Understanding of self-employment and starting up a business.
- Franchise knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office).
- Desirable:
- Previously worked in health & social care but not essential.
- A competitive salary.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake a basic DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines and safer recruitment best practice.
