Job Title: Recovery CoachWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Recovery Coach to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a leading provider of care and support services, we are committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve a better quality of life.
About the Role:
As a Recovery Coach, you will work closely with clients who are struggling with substance misuse, providing them with comprehensive assessments, managing their caseloads, and developing personalized care plans. You will also be responsible for delivering harm reduction advice, enabling service users to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing & recovery support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing Comprehensive Assessments
- Managing a high caseload of complex cases
- Developing Care Plans & Risk Assessments
- Working closely with Substance Misuse clients
- Delivering harm reduction advice
Requirements:
- Knowledge of completing Comprehensive Assessments
- Experience managing a high caseload of complex clients
- Able to manage a mixed caseload of Opiate, Alcohol and Non-opiate cohort
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
Salary: £20-22 per hour (estimated salary based on 30 hours/week)
