About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multitrader / Handyman to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the quality of our residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting & decorating, electrical work, and plumbing tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with our property management team to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and materials used.

What We Offer:
