About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Fulfilment Director to join our team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our global logistics operations, including managing our third-party warehouse partners, reviewing courier landscapes, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

This role will also involve close collaboration with our financial department to manage supplier and wholesale payments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

• Review and improve our courier landscape to drive cost savings and service improvements">
• Work closely with our finance team to manage supplier and wholesale payments">

The successful candidate will possess:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial operations role in a retail or e-commerce environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software tools

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
