Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Financial Services Administrator to provide administrative support to our financial advisors in Ipswich.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures, Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and FCA Principles & Regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide timely assistance to the Financial Services team, meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth operations.
- Data Management: Create and maintain accurate records and databases, including client and financial information.
- Risk Scheme Management: Manage renewal and ongoing maintenance of Group Risk Schemes, ensuring optimal results.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Financial Services Administrator, preferably with technical administration exposure for at least 12 months.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
