Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
- Minimise food waste and use equipment efficiently.
- Escalate any concerns or issues to the Chef Manager.
- Level 2 food safety certificate.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
- Previous catering experience and basic food safety knowledge.
- Experience working with older people.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work in a pressured environment.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
