About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Workshop Controller to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, maximising profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the workshop produces work that complies with the highest technical and quality standards.
- Maximise the profitability, productivity, and efficiency of the workshop team.
- Support our customers to deliver on their business promises.
About You
We are looking for a qualified technician with a solid workshop background, who has a common-sense business approach and is a people person. You will have a strong understanding of jobs from routine servicing and maintenance to more complex diagnostics, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
