Job Title: Exams IT Service Delivery Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exams IT Service Delivery Officer to join our team in Jordan. As a key member of our IT Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and tests in Jordan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to exams delivery teams in Jordan.
  • Ensure that all exams delivery systems and equipment are functioning properly and meet the required standards.
  • Work closely with IT Service vendors and venue technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth exams delivery.
  • Monitor and report technical incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of IT Service delivery processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT Service delivery and support.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network devices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of computer-based exams.
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance management.
