Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive Onboarding Executive to ensure a seamless experience for newly recruited SPAR retailers. The successful candidate will oversee the entire onboarding process, from sign-up to store launch, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the onboarding of new stores from sign-up to store launch.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new retailers.
  • Oversee retailer inductions and manage all aspects of the store launch, including marketing efforts.
  • Assess store suitability and ensure all standards are met.
  • Ensure an efficient handover process to the Business Development Executive (BDE) post-launch.
  • Provide excellent communication and service throughout the onboarding process, keeping the retailer informed and supported.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Retail and sales experience, with a proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to think creatively and logically to solve problems.
  • Leadership skills to provide direction, motivation, and clear expectations to teams.
  • Experience managing costs and resources effectively.
  • A positive, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering high standards of service.
