We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at a Further Education College in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full-time and part-time Electrical groups, as well as undertaking associated organization, administration, and monitoring attendance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical education, with a commitment to CPD and a passion for teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Electrical training to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet changing industrial demands
  • Monitor student attendance and progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to college development
Requirements
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Electrical or equivalent
  • Prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education)
  • Minimum grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths
  • Commitment to CPD
