About the Role

Frasers Group is seeking a highly experienced Digital Engineering Leader to drive the transformation of our ecommerce platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the modernisation of our digital infrastructure, ensuring scalability, robustness, and high transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of our ecommerce platform, driving innovation in solution design and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain product and technical roadmaps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Provide strong leadership and organisation across engineering teams, ensuring seamless delivery of technical solutions that meet stringent quality, security, and scalability standards.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions that align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in software development and 10+ years of management experience leading diverse engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies, with the ability to implement and advocate for cross-functional squads, continuous integration, delivery pipelines, and high levels of automation.
  • Strong technical expertise in software design, cloud-based solutions, and development methodologies, with specific knowledge of MACH principles and microservices architectures.
  • Leadership and organisational skills to manage large, distributed teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a high-performance standard.
