Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying software, migrating databases, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role: As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with our Data Migration and Infrastructure Manager to deliver high-quality work packages and estimates. You will also communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy software and migrate databases
  • Work closely with Data Migration and Infrastructure Manager
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Investigate issues reported by customers and provide workarounds and solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with computers and an understanding of Servers, Networking & Interfacing
