Job Summary

SKILLFRAME is seeking a skilled and versatile Driver/Yard Operative to join our team on a temp to perm basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries, making timely deliveries to London sites, and assisting with general labouring tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading deliveries, including pallets and a-frames
  • Making timely deliveries to London sites in a 3.5 tonne van
  • Assisting with general labouring tasks, including cleaning and maintaining work areas
  • Controlling the flow of products to the factory and waste into the yard
  • Assisting with stock control and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Health & Safety Awareness and ability to enforce a safe working environment
  • Clean driving licence and ability to drive Transit van sized vehicles and flat-bed trucks
  • Manual Handling skills
  • Basic IT skills for emails and stock control
  • Good communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude
