Salary: This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $130,000 - $170,000, depending on your experience and location.

Job Responsibilities:

The Regional Data Centre Engineering Manager will oversee data center engineering operations across three availability zones. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team to ensure 100% availability of mechanical and electrical services
  • Risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure
  • Vendor management and metric reporting
  • Establishing performance benchmarks, conducting analyses, and preparing reports
  • Coordinating projects, managing capacity, and optimizing plant safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical (Military/Trade School) Degree and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a mission-critical environment and LSE (large scale events) management experience
  • 3+ years of people-management experience
  • Previous vendor negotiation and management skills for Data Center and/or upgrade construction contracts
