Salary: £38.50 per hour
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Family Wellbeing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work with children and families to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
About the Role:
- You will conduct assessments of children and families, identifying their needs and developing effective care plans.
- You will work with other professionals to provide comprehensive support to families.
- You will provide guidance, advice, and support to families, promoting positive outcomes and empowering them to overcome challenges.
- You will represent the team at court hearings and meetings.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Social Worker with a valid registration from Social Work England. You will possess exceptional assessment and report-writing skills, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
