Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Nouvo Recruitment London is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the daily management of residential blocks. This role requires a proactive and skilled individual who can ensure the properties are well-maintained, while building strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Property Management: Conduct regular site inspections and oversee the upkeep of communal areas.
* Budget Management: Prepare and manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and control costs within the agreed budget.
* Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and manage repairs and maintenance works, ensuring high standards and timely completion.

Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in block or property management, preferably managing residential blocks.
* Knowledge: A strong understanding of property management legislation, including health and safety regulations and leasehold management.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Financial Acumen: Experience managing service charge budgets and preparing financial reports.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
