About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly clinical team. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to patients on our practice list, including assessment, advice, screening, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing services to patients, including assessment, advice, screening, and treatment.
  • Work autonomously and undertake all variable duties of a general practice nurse.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration.
  • GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
  • Knowledge of SystmOne clinical system (desirable).
