**About PMR**

PMR is a leading residential block and estate management company in the UK, seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and estates on behalf of Residents Management Companies across the UK.
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Conduct regular inspections of developments to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and leaseholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present regular client reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in property management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity to identify and implement solutions to complex issues.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle required for travel to site visits.

**Working Hours and Benefits:**

  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of the role.
  • Competitive salary range of £28,500 - £38,000 per annum.
  • 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme with employer contributions.
