Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with varying learning needs and prior attainment levels in a variety of settings, including whole class, small group, and one-to-one.
  • Maintain and promote high academic and behavioural expectations.
  • Mentor and coach pupils to develop their self-confidence and aspirations for their future.
  • Work collaboratively with all staff members to support every pupil to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Hold an undergraduate degree - ideally 2:2 or above (or equivalent).
  • Evidence of a commitment to working positively with young people and ability to build positive and professional relationships.
  • Minimum grade C or 4 in Maths and English Language GCSE or equivalent (and a science subject if applying for Primary).
