Senior Facade Engineer Opportunity

A reputable engineering consultancy in Central London is seeking a skilled Senior Facade Engineer to join their thriving team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications under senior team member review
  • Undertake initial quality assurance and control of reports from team members
  • Develop quality reports, including technical due diligence reports for property acquisitions and sales
  • Perform duties in line with guidance from the line manager, operating autonomously
  • Conduct regular inspections and condition surveys of building facades
Requirements:
  • MSc degree in Facade Engineering or equivalent qualification, with Society of Facade Engineers membership
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Staying up-to-date with latest building construction techniques and materials
  • Preparing fee proposals and reviewing fees sent by team members
