Corporate Tax Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our client's Belfast office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing hands-on tax advice and support, and nurturing the growth of talented team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Corporate Tax compliance, a CTA/ACA qualification, and excellent technical skills. You will work closely with Tax Directors and Managers to oversee compliance work with a range of clients, from small to large companies and groups.

As a Tax Manager, you will be the point of contact for technical queries from your team, empowering them to tackle client challenges and develop their skills. You will also work towards your personal career progression objectives, with the support of our internal mentor/buddy system and structured development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including Top 100 NI businesses and UK subsidiaries of large international groups.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and support to team members, empowering them to tackle client challenges.
  • Work closely with Tax Directors and Managers to oversee compliance work with a range of clients.
  • Nurture the growth of talented team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, working towards personal career progression objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Corporate Tax compliance.
  • CTA/ACA qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to confidently manage team members and review corporate tax compliance.
