Senior Quality Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge in the food industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Manager to join our client, a leading food business that supplies major supermarkets and well-known restaurants.
This role is crucial in ensuring legal compliance, food safety, and adherence to customer specifications at their state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Walsall.
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will lead the site Technical function, guaranteeing compliance with legal standards and food safety. You will also be responsible for effective recruitment, training, and management of Quality Managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the investigation of customer complaints of a technical nature, ensuring findings and action plans are communicated effectively.
- Ensuring effective recruitment, training, and management of Quality Managers.
- Guaranteeing compliance with legal standards and food safety.
Requirements:
- Food-related HND, Advanced Food Safety Level 4, and Advanced HACCP Level 4 qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
