Job Title: Senior Geo-environmental Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geo-environmental Consultant to join our team at JBA Consulting. As a key member of our environmental team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and supporting our clients in the UK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in land quality assessment and environmental management, with experience in working with clients to deliver projects that meet their needs. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help to grow the company's client base.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (geology, chemistry, engineering geology or earth/environmental sciences).
  • Chartered status with a relevant professional society or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills and experience of working on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
