Executive Culinary Specialist

The Rock Point is an 18th-century inn located on Lyme Regis harbour, overlooking the Jurassic coastline. Our tavern offers a tranquil atmosphere and stylishly updated facilities, blending character features with modern comforts.
As an ambitious Chef de Partie, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment using locally sourced produce to deliver quality food that delights our guests. You will be part of a talented team, working together to ensure the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise your flexibility to adapt our menu offerings to meet the needs of our business and guests.
About The Role
- We offer competitive salaries ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package includes:
- 30% off food and drink
- 50% off overnight stays in our pubs
- £150 towards a stay in one of our pubs

- Meal provided for shifts over 6 hours (up to the value of £10)
