Senior Lifeguard

As a Senior Lifeguard at GLL, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of lifeguards and ensuring the safety of our customers. You will be a mentor and role model, providing guidance and support to your team members. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a safe and clean pool environment.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment, as well as ensuring excellent communication and social skills. Your calm and responsible nature will be essential in dealing with customers and providing a high level of customer service.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a focus on customer service, and a passion for working with people. You will be a great team player and have a natural ability to work well under pressure. Ideally, you will have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records.

As a Senior Lifeguard, you will be responsible for supervising the lifeguard team, experiencing regular pool rotations, and supervising and cleaning the pool area. You will also be responsible for setting up equipment, delivering first-class customer service, and dealing with customer queries.
