We are looking for a Taxation Specialist - Compliance and Advisory to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our tax advisory group, you will work closely with clients to provide expert guidance on corporate tax compliance and advisory services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK corporation tax compliance and advisory, including tax accounting. You should be able to analyze complex problems, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to take personal responsibility for managing your work and juggling competing priorities, as well as continuously learn from experiences and seek out feedback and development opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, office work, and part-time options. Our core hubs for Tax professionals are Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, but we can facilitate office work, working from home, or flexible hours if needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Being one of the main points of contact on a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their business
- Managing tax advisory projects by providing UK corporation tax input and overseeing the successful delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent advice
- Ensuring clients are kept up to date with emerging corporate and wider tax developments impacting their business
- Managing the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services
- Supervising the work of junior members of staff and providing coaching to support their development.

Requirements:
- Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent
- Strong UK corporation tax compliance and advisory experience, including tax accounting
- Ability to analyze problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate, and integrate information
- Communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Sustain a high level of drive, show enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work
- Take personal responsibility and accountability for managing own work and juggling competing priorities
- Continuously learn from experiences, seeking out feedback and development opportunities
- Build teams and develop, coach and lead staff
