As a Senior Programme Manager at Amazon, you will lead transformative, data-driven initiatives that drive strategic improvements across the organization. Leveraging your exceptional project management skills, you will define and execute efficient plans to address complex challenges with creativity and innovation. Your responsibilities will extend beyond process optimizations, as you will also contribute to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for planning and executing efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable rail movements between Amazon's fulfillment and transportation hubs. We are a key component of Amazon's logistics infrastructure, and our rail operations play a critical role in supporting the company's growing retail and logistics footprint.
