We are now recruiting for an Installation and Delivery Specialist to join our Mobility Solutions department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, installing, and expertly handing over customer orders to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with logistics to ensure effective delivery route planning and accurate recording of serial and PIN numbers.
- Collecting and redelivering items and courtesy products to customers.
- Assisting with stock deliveries, checking off deliveries, and packing stock on racking if required.
- Informing Mobility Advisors of customer order arrivals and marking orders for identification.
- Building and placing products on charge for customer deliveries and handovers.
- Ensuring all stock is labelled before replenishment on the shop floor.
To be effective in this role, you will need:
- Good geographical knowledge of Scotland.
- Previous experience in a driving role.
- Basic computer skills.
A driving licence is essential for this role.
