Job Description:As Environment & Waste Services Contract Officer, you will be responsible for supervising operational staff and providing clear, consistent, and quality support to enable efficient delivery of the Council's high-profile customer-focused frontline cleansing service contracts.
Responsibilities:- Supervise operational staff and provide support for efficient delivery of customer-focused frontline cleansing service contracts
- Deploy resources to ensure efficient operation of the Works Services Unit
- Maintain high standards of customer care
- Experience in a similar waste management environment
- Experience of monitoring service standards
- Demonstrable knowledge of Contract Management
- Estimated salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum
- 35 days leave, including 8 Bank Holidays and 3 extra days normally applied at Christmas
