About the Role:

Rugby Borough Council is seeking a skilled Environmental Services Supervisor to lead our frontline cleansing service contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in our community.

Job Description:

As Environment & Waste Services Contract Officer, you will be responsible for supervising operational staff and providing clear, consistent, and quality support to enable efficient delivery of the Council's high-profile customer-focused frontline cleansing service contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise operational staff and provide support for efficient delivery of customer-focused frontline cleansing service contracts
  • Deploy resources to ensure efficient operation of the Works Services Unit
  • Maintain high standards of customer care
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar waste management environment
  • Experience of monitoring service standards
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Contract Management
