Job Title: Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant. The role involves working in various retail stores, replenishing stock, and supporting store operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor.
  • Supporting the store with replenishment tasks.
  • Clock in and out using a smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
  • Travel may be involved when local work is not available.
  • Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
  • Manual handling and lifting may be involved.
  • Previous experience in retail is beneficial, but training will be provided.

About Our Organization:

RAS (Retail Asset Solutions) is a nationwide retail support company providing Merchandising, Stock taking, and Supply chain audit services. We offer flexible working patterns and a job where each day and week is different.

Work Pattern:

Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). You can access the available work on your smartphone, via our Field Power platform, where you can set your availability and accept shifts. You must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required.

Hourly Compensation: £12.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.70 per hour + £1.41 holiday pay).
