Key Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for agents and brokers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Assist in the underwriting and processing of new and renewal policies for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Review applications, gather information, and assess risks to determine insurability and pricing of policies.
- Collaborate with Underwriters to make underwriting decisions and determine appropriate coverage and pricing for policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policies and underwriting decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and trends.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in SME (Property & Casualty) insurance / underwriting for small to medium-sized businesses (Property Owners, SME Retail Package, SME Leisure Package, and Liability Products).
- 100% Remote work arrangement.
- ~28 days per annum annual leave (inc Public Holidays).
