Dialysis Nurse

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Senior Dialysis Nurse to join a warm and welcoming private clinic based in the heart of Crawley, West Sussex.

• Act as a mentor for the team, guiding and sharing knowledge and skills.
• Be the Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputise for the Clinic Manager when required.
• Ensure exceptional patient-centred care is delivered at all times.
• Take ownership of care programs for renal patients.
• Perform patient assessments throughout.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
• Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.

• NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• A minimum of 2 years UK experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse.
• In possession of, or working towards, a post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent).
• Mentorship/Teaching Qualification desirable.
• Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Competitive annual salary: £34,500 - £41,700.
