Senior Frontend Developer with JavaScript Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at Edjuster. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality web solutions that support our growth.
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our web solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that our web solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop high-quality, well-tested software that meets agreed requirements.
- Promote best software development practices.
- Collaborate with our team to meet sprint commitments.
- Escalate impediments and pursue long-term solutions.
Key Skills:
- Good experience of creating websites using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
- Exposure to JavaScript libraries or frameworks: ideally React, but we would look at people who have used Angular, Backbone, and jQuery.
- Exposure to Node and Grunt.
- Understanding of the principles of scalable and maintainable object-oriented JavaScript code.
- Solid understanding of software engineering.
- Experience writing tests, automating these, and adopting TDD is desirable.
- Team working experience.
- Exposure to Java development or Java web frameworks or a desire to learn these is nice to have.
