Experienced SEMH Support Assistant

We are seeking an Experienced SEMH Support Assistant to join our team in Canterbury. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalised support and guidance to students with diverse educational and emotional needs.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualised support to students with complex needs
- Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans and Personalised Education Plans
- Effectively managing behaviour using a student-centric approach
- Motivating and encouraging students to reach their full potential
The successful candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driving license is beneficial, but not essential.
A competitive salary of £83.33 per day reflects the importance we place on this role in supporting the growth and development of our students.
