Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Support Professional to join our team at ASA Recruitment. As a crucial member of the care network in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and promoting their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with Mobility and Transfers: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by providing assistance with mobility and transfers.
  • Foster Positive Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients through friendly conversation, companionship, and empathetic listening.
  • Engage in Recreational Activities: Promote mental and emotional well-being by engaging in recreational activities and hobbies with clients.
  • Document Care Provided: Record care provided and report any changes in condition to supervisors.
Requirements:
  • UK Care Experience: 6 months minimum experience working in the UK care sector.
  • Compassionate Nature: Demonstrate a genuine desire to help others and provide empathetic care.
  • Flexibility: Be able to cover Days, Nights, and Weekends.
