Job Title: Apprentice Digital Project Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Nuclear and Power team as a Project Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining document control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update and monitor project costs, including ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  2. Support the production of project reporting, including monthly client reports and month-end project financial reports.
  3. Track opportunities, maintain databases and trackers as directed by project or framework/client manager.
  4. Maintain document control systems for projects, overseeing the creation, control, and access of all project metadata.
  5. Ensure processes from winning work to project closure are followed according to client and Atkins requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Financial/project support background, used to working to deadlines.
  2. Previous experience of supporting project managers/directors or teams.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros.
