We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy by supervising students during short-term teacher absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during short-term teacher absences and assist in preparing the learning environment and materials required.
  • Cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher.
  • Set high expectations to motivate and challenge students while managing behavior effectively and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Support in the classroom as directed during periods where cover is not required.
