This is an excellent opportunity for a bright individual with credit control expertise or someone looking to start their career in credit management, gaining valuable mentorship along the way.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customers settle outstanding accounts to agreed terms via phone and email.
- Accurate allocation and processing of customer receipts.
- Liaise with sales and customer services to resolve non-payment issues.
- Identify areas of risk and payment performance trends.
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good IT and MS Office skills.
- Office experience is preferable but not essential.
- 8.45am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch.
